Introduction

Deposits:

Withdrawals:

Gameplay & Betting Rules

Account Suspension & Termination

Maxwin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole and absolute discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• A User's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Discovery that a User does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds and any winnings derived from unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to the User's last-used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Maxwin88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and functionality — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maxwin88 or its respective content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
